Team Parent Volunteers

We need lots of help running the organization, and can make use of whatever time and skills you can offer. There is no need for previous Track & Field knowledge to be a valuable member of our team. Help with phone calling, typing and record keeping, among other things, are of immeasurable help to your coaches. For all the time the coaches put in on the field, there are many additional hours spent at home preparing and organizing the team’s events. We also need new coaches to join us in all divisions. Even if you can’t devote full time, we can use whatever special skills you can share with our team. Please come see us and we’ll find an appropriate way for you to help. It’s truly a lot of fun to get to know this great group of parents and coaches, and get involved. Your son or daughter will be the real winner though, as he or she sees your interest and involvement in their world. 

General Fundraising

As you may well imagine, it takes a great deal of money to run a successful youth sports program and provide the facilities, equipment and supplies required. In fact, the registration fees alone do not cover the overall cost of running the program. We always need the assistance of donations and fundraisers to help us defray our costs. If you can bring us individuals or companies that are willing to help support our efforts, we would be extremely
grateful. And, you’ll be helping to insure the continued availability and success of this program for the kids of our community.
