CROSS COUNTRY

Workout Schedule

Workouts are held at various locations found on the Calendar. The workout schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Weekday practice begins promptly at 6:00pm and ends at 7:30pm. Saturday practice (until meets start) begins promptly at 9:00am and ends at 11:00am.

Athletes should arrive at the workout location 20 minutes prior to the start of practice. The warm ups and stretches that we do at the beginning of practice are essential for a safe and productive workout. At least one parent should remain with their athlete. All athletes must be picked up promptly at the end of practice. There will be no adult supervision past 7:45pm. 

***GREMLIN ATHLETES MUST HAVE ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT AT PRACTICE AT ALL TIMES. GREMLINS WITHOUT PARENTAL SUPERVISION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AT PRACTICE.***

Meets take place on Saturday beginning in September at various courses. 

Cross Country Success!

What a great Cross Country season for the Chiefs. Our athletes consistently placed in the the top 10 of their divisions. Our athletes proved that while we are small we are mighty placing in the top 5 and 7 athletes taking home medals for the top 8 times at the SCYTFC Championships

Our very own Sofia Abrego took second place at the AAU National Cross County Championships in Tallahasse, Florida.
