Saturday September 21st  at LaReina

 

Hey Everyone, 

 

Please find attached course maps for Saturday.

There are two parking lots at La Reina: the UPPER LOT (to the left of the guard post) and the LOWER/MAIN lot (to the right of the guard post).

 

1. If you arrive before the meet starts and plan on staying until the end, PLEASE PARK IN THE UPPER LOT. 

 

2. If you plan on leaving before the meet ends, PLEASE PARK IN THE LOWER LOT.

 

3. There is plenty of parking between the two lots, as long as everyone utilizes both lots as recommended. But if you are in the upper lot, you cannot leave early because you will be driving right through the starting line.

 

4. If you arrive after the meet starts, please use street parking.

Workout Schedule

....FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE.... SATURDAY, AUGUST 3rd at O'Melveny Park - 9:00 AM!!!

Workouts are held at various locations found on the Calendar. The workout schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Weekday practice begins promptly at 6:00pm and ends at 7:30pm. Saturday practice (until meets start) begins promptly at 9:00am and ends at 11:00am.

Athletes should arrive at the workout location 20 minutes prior to the start of practice. The warm ups and stretches that we do at the beginning of practice are essential for a safe and productive workout. At least one parent should remain with their athlete. All athletes must be picked up promptly at the end of practice. There will be no adult supervision past 7:45pm. 

***GREMLIN ATHLETES MUST HAVE ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT AT PRACTICE AT ALL TIMES. GREMLINS WITHOUT PARENTAL SUPERVISION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AT PRACTICE.***

Meets take place on Saturday beginning in September at various courses.
